Terms of Commercial Wholesale

Packaging & Minimum Orders

Standard commercial packaging is 1 kg multi-barrier foil pouches. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 1 kg for trial allocations and 5 kg for core tier wholesale pricing.

Rate Card Validity

Tiered commercial rate cards are strictly confidential, bound to verified trade accounts, and valid for 30 calendar days from issuance.

Fulfillment & Freight Terms

Commercial shipments dispatch from regional US warehousing facilities under standard FOB Shipping Point or DAP terms as agreed upon contract. Freight options and carrier charges are calculated based on volume thresholds and delivery zip codes upon order confirmation.

Storage Protocols & Receiving Inspection

Unopened foil pouches must be kept in a cool, dry environment away from light; once unsealed, keep tightly closed under refrigeration below 10°C. Any physical damage or product discrepancies must be documented and submitted to wholesale@zenjinmatcha.com within 7 business days of physical receipt.
